ehheemm..well from the first time that i was gotten here in the province of capiz for a vacation, the firs thing that comes into my mind was the word “aswang” or monster. Maybe, it was because of the rumors of the people that capiz is the place where are the aswangs are living. It was gloomy when i first got into the place. It was really far away from the ambience of the Metro city where i came from. It was a quiet place compared to the city where i came from, but then i have gotten there so the thing i could only do is to enjoy the staying.

 

If it is your first time to sleep on the province, well for me there are many things that waas inside of your mind because the houses there are made of the bamboos and nipa that is more weak compared to the brick houses in the city. But i will tell you that the monsters are only creations of the mind.

 

Now as years passed of staying here, i can say that i was really captivated, at first by the capiz beaches, why? well, because in the city where i lived log ago, going to the beach is only a yearly occasion because of the long distance travels to go and swim to the beach. Here is the placewhere you can contact to nature really because the place is preserved its scenic beauty of the nature the god has given to this place.

 

olotayan island they say is the best capiz beaches, because it can be compared to the boracay island. there are also many capiz tourist spots, like the eco park in dao and everything.And despite they are called the “waswangs”, they are still really religious because of their impotance to their faith and religon. There are many spots here in capiz which is connected to the catholic religion such as the Agtalin Statue, Meditation Hills, as well as the churches which is old but they really preserved well.

 

Behind the great tourist spots here in capiz lies the different stories thatmakes them more famous for their myteriousness. For example is the Agtalin Shrie. Do you wonder why at the bottom at the Mary’s statue has a huge snake lying?

 

This place is relly great especiallyin summer,because there are many resorts that you can spare your time especially the beaches. the olotayan island especially when improved can be the boracay’s rivel.
